This tool builds a clean invoice from a simple form — add your details, list the items, and get a print-ready, downloadable document.
How to use it
Fill in your business name, the client's name, an invoice number, and the date. Add one row per item or service using "+ Add Item," entering a description, quantity, and price — the line total and grand total calculate automatically as you type. When ready, click "Print / Save as PDF," which opens a clean, formatted version in a new tab and triggers your browser's print dialog, where choosing "Save as PDF" as the destination gives you a downloadable PDF file.

Using your browser's built-in print-to-PDF feature avoids needing extra code libraries just for this one tool, and it works consistently across virtually every browser and device without compatibility issues — the resulting PDF looks identical to what you see in the print preview, giving you full control over paper size and margins through your browser's standard print settings.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this save my invoice data for next time? No — this tool doesn't store any information between visits; once you close or refresh the page, the data you entered is gone, so download or print the invoice before navigating away.
Can I add my logo to the invoice? Not directly in this version — the generated invoice is text-based; if a logo is important for your invoices, you could add one afterward by editing the downloaded PDF in a PDF editor, or use the PDF Tools category's PDF Merger to attach a logo image page.
Is my client and business information uploaded anywhere? No — everything runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript; nothing is sent to a server.
